Where do you ship from?
All orders ship from the United States.

Do you ship internationally?
Currently US only / We ship to selected international destinations. Shipping, duties, and taxes are shown at checkout.

How long does delivery take?
US Standard: 2–7 business days after dispatch; Expedited: 1–3 business days.

What’s the return period?
14 days from delivery. Items must be unopened/unused and in original packaging. See our Returns Policy for details.

Which items can’t be returned?
Opened cosmetics/skincare/makeup tools that touch skin and opened supplements (for safety/hygiene), final-sale items, and gift cards—unless defective.

How do I start a return?
Email support@beautivero.com with your order number and items. We’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Who pays return shipping?
We cover it if we made a mistake or the item is defective. Otherwise, customers pay return shipping.

Are your products authentic?
Yes. We source from trusted brands and authorized distributors. We verify ingredient labels and, where available, third-party testing.

Are your products cruelty-free or clean?
We prefer brands with cruelty-free practices and transparent ingredients. Check each product page for certifications.

Are supplements safe for me?
Always read labels and consult a qualified healthcare professional—especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or have a medical condition.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process quickly—email us ASAP. If it has shipped, start a return once it arrives.

My package says delivered, but I don’t have it.
Check with household members and neighbors; look for a carrier notice. If you still can’t find it, contact us—We’ll assist with a carrier claim.
